• All pets and people must be out of the house while we are coating the floor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Doing the Swedish Finish requires that all pets and people be out of the house for at least 3 days.

• We do not move furniture, so it must be removed before we arrive.

• Keep in mind that the heat will be turned off during coating so you may want to remove any plants that are cold sensitive.

•We need 220 electricity close to the area to be sanded for our industrial equipment. Stoves and dryers are usually 220.

• Food should not be left on the counters and should be in sealed containers to protect from contamination from the strong-smelling finish.

• Removing any knick knacks and other decorations as well as any ornate light fixtures will help cut down on cleaning you will have after the floor is sanded.
